Great Hills is a nice, family
oriented neighborhood in Northwest Austin that is conveniently
located just minutes from Highway 138, Loop 360, and MoPac
Expressway. Great Hills residents thus have easy access
to just about any part of the Austin area. Because the
community was designed around the rugged Texas Hill Country
terrain, the neighborhood is characterized by winding roads,
numerous cul-de-sacs, and great views.

At the heart of Great Hills is the Great Hills Country
Club with its beautiful 18-hole golf course designed
by golf legends Don January and Billy Martindale. The
course challenges golfers of all levels with its hills
and varied elevations, as well as its sand traps, creeks,
and ponds. But these obstacles also enhance what is already
a natural habitat for deer and other wildlife, adding
to to the unforgettable golfing experience available
at Great Hills. The attractive clubhouse provides an
adult lounge and family dining for breakfast, lunch,
and dinner. The club also features four lighted tennis
courts, which are open until midnight and a Junior Olympic

Children living in Great Hills attend schools in either
the Round Rock ISD or Austin ISD. Residents in Round
Rock ISD attend Laurel Mountain or Kathy Caraway Elementary,
Canyon Vista Middle School, and Westwood High School.
Those in Austin ISD area attend Davis or Hill Elementary,
Murchison Middle School, and Anderson High School. The
private Great Hills Christian School, which serves pre-k
through 12th grade, is also in the neighborhood. |

from the low 200s to the low 800s with homes ranging
in size from 1,300 to 5,300 square feet. The price per
square foot for Great Hills home ranges from $115 to
$225, but average at around $160 a square foot. Over

neighborhood, which helps explain its refreshing variety
