The 5,000 square foot clubhouse for
the Ridge at Alta Vista neighborhood includes a fully
equipped kitchen,
full workout facility, media room, billiards room, men’s
and women’s locker room, and sauna. The 25-meter
junior Olympic size pool offers five lanes for swimming,
a shallow area for children, and lots of other space
for adults to relax in and enjoy. Tennis and basketball
court as well as a children’s playground are also

Reserves and The Estates. The basic difference between
the two is that The Estates section starts at a higher
price point (500s) and features larger home sites as

garages. Homes in The Reserves start at a lower price
point (upper 300s) and offer smaller floor plans on slightly
smaller lots with 2 to 3 car garages. Bordering the Ridge
at Alta Vista is the Enclave at Alta Vista, a Toll Brothers
townhome community that features walk-out basements that
range in size from 2,400 to 2,800 square feet. Across
the preserve from The Ridge at Alta Vista is the original
Alta Vista subdivision which is composed of 21 one-acre
home sites built primarily by Toll Brothers from 2003
to 2004. |
