Leander ISD schools include Rutledge or Charlotte Cox Elementary, Artie L. Henry Middle, and Vista Ridge High School. Round Rock ISD schools include Forest North or Patsy Sommer Elementary, Cedar Valley or Noel Grisham Middle, and McNeil High School. Two new elementary schools are currently being built right in the neighborhood to accommodate the large young school age population in Avery Ranch.
