Cedar Park Neighborhoods

Named as one of the “Top Ten Places to Raise a Family” by Family Circle Magazine, Cedar Park is known for its strong sense of community and family oriented neighborhoods. It is now the third largest city in the Austin area with almost 55,000 residents and is located less than 20 miles northwest of downtown Austin on the edge of the Texas Hill Country.
Although Cedar Park was officially incorporated as a city in 1973, much of the population growth has occurred in the past decade during which time the city has grown by over 400%. This means that most Cedar Park homes and neighborhoods are relatively new. Many offer great neighborhood amenities such as parks, pools, walking trails, and sports fields. Home prices are affordable and are definitely a great overall value considering the quality of neighborhoods and strong public schools available in the Leander Independent School District.
